髮林國際健康時尚有限公司原來的服務項目是美髮與頭皮健康養護，靠著專業人員訓練來執行服務工作和行銷頭皮健康養護產品。這次在經濟部的服務業創新研發計畫 (SIIR) 中提出這個「運用人工智慧技術於頭皮檢測曁養護創新服務與加盟拓計畫」，其中幾個服務創新的項目如：各種頭皮症狀(頭皮屑、落髮、油脂過多、細菌毛囊炎)的影像資料建立、頭皮健康影像人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence,Al)學習訓練與應用、頭皮檢測行動APP系統的設計與建置和開拓新加盟店的計畫。
The original service project of Hairing International Health Fashion Co., Ltd. is hairdressing and scalp health care. It depends on professional training to perform service work and market scalp health care products. This time the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Service Industry Innovation Research and Development Project (SIIR) proposed this ''use of artificial intelligence technology in the scalp detection and maintenance innovation service and franchise extension project'', including several service innovation projects such as: various scalp symptoms (scalp The establishment of image data for dandruff, hair loss, excessive oiliness, bacterial hair inflammation), scalp health imaging artificial intelligence(Artificial Intelligence,AI) learning training and application, scalp detection mobile APP system design and construction, and plans to open new franchise stores.
More than 50％ of people who suffer from hair loss and various scalp health problems use the traditional hair care services of hairdressers to improve their symptoms. The research and development proposed by Hairing Company focuses on integrating cross-field artificial intelligence tools (AI images object recognition learning technology developed by the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology team), learning and analyzing various scalp symptoms, and applying images collected in hair care institutions. With the help of professional hairdressers and physicians, AI learning is used to determine the hair and scalp symptoms assisted by artificial intelligence, which can be used as a reference for subsequent treatment. This type of tool can reduce the time schedule and lack of professional training, and can even increase the correctness of judging symptoms and reduce customer confusion. Therefore, the tools and apps developed in this project can effectively promote the accuracy of scalp health services and increase the persuasiveness of sales of maintenance products.
This plan will also share the technology with franchise stores, and it is estimated that 5 franchise stores will be added, so that this innovative service can affect more people. In addition to reducing the average R＆D cost, this kind of technology sharing can also exert greater service energy and increase Hairing's influence and benefits in maintaining the health of the people's scalp. Therefore, the results of this project are deeply innovative in the application of cross-field tools, and have already produced industry contributions, which are worth sharing.
